In recent years, Marjorie has served on many boards, including the Blue Ribbon and the Joffrey Ballet. 

Today, Marjorie is still active in the Friends of the USC Library, where she helped found the Scripter Award.  This organization holds an annual fund-raising event, the USC Scripter Award, which honors the best realization of a book to a film.  For more information on the USC Library, as well as the Srcriptor Awards, you may visit them online at www.usc.edu/isd/partners/scripter.
